The despatch of your orchid orders
All orders are sent out by Royal Mail First Class Post. Any delivery date you ask for is therefore subject to the quality of service we receive from Royal Mail. We normally send out items in advance of the requested date, in order to allow the blooms (which are often sent in bud) to open and to "build-in" some extra delivery time. Deliveries on specific dates or at set times are therefore not available under this offer, although most customers have found the service to meet their requirements.
