eotempl.zip: MS-WinWord Template File for using Esperanto Accents [248 KB]
Template file for Microsoft Word for Windows™ (97 later versions), for creating text with Esperanto accented letters, using Unicode fonts. It also uses the program KL3 to spell-check Esperanto words. See: Overview of tools for Esperanto accents in Windows/WinWord

Alternative options for users of Windows computers are:
(1) Ek! (Esperanto Klavaro) by Jurij Finkel http://www.esperanto.mv.ru/Ek/index.html. This claims to work with a wide range of Windows programs (not just MS-Word). However, some users have found it rather complicated or difficult to install.
(2) Keyman Esperanto Keyboard by Gyula Zsigri http://zsigri.tripod.com/fontboard/espero.html. This needs a shareware program Keyman, costing $30. It claims to support many programs running under Windows 2000, but if you are using Windows 95/97/ME it only supports MS-Word and WordPad.
(3) Eureka! by Dermod Quirke uses the 'auto-correct' facility (only) in MS-Word to handle any language http://www.dermod.dircon.co.uk/eureka.doc and has even been adapted for phonetic alphabet symbols at http://www.phon.ucl.ac.uk/home/wells/eureka-ipa.doc.
(4) Esperanto Add-in for Microsoft Word XP(2002), by (unspecified) is an add-in with an accents toolbar and code conversion tools.

BBC Microcomputer

Each zipfile includes a README.TXT introduction. The BBC BASIC programs are shipped as text files (*SPOOL listings) which must be *EXEC'd into the BASIC interpreter and re-saved as a BASIC program file, before being run.

bbcdejgen.zip: HP Deskjet Printer Driver for VIEW (4 KB)
BBC BASIC/6502 Assembler program to generate a VIEW (Acorn word processor) printer driver for the HP DeskJet 500 printer. Supports highlights for underline, boldface and italic, switching between three (internal) fonts, and printing of the pound character.

bbceogen.zip: Esperanto Accents for VIEW (16 KB)
BBC BASIC/6502 Assembler programs to generate drivers supporting Esperanto accented characters on the keyboard, screen and printer in VIEW (Acorn word processor).
BBC BASIC/6502 asembla-lingvaj programoj por krei aparatozorgilojn, kiuj subtenas literojn kun Esperantaj supersignoj je la klavaro, la ekrano kaj la printilo en VIEW (la tekstoredaktilo de firmao Acorn).
