Our unique in-house developed Pre-Vocational Training course will show you how you can discover your ideal life's work by finding out what your skills, interests and abilities are.

This course will enable you to identify your hidden talents and see what career path they lead to while taking practical steps towards greater self confidence and assertiveness which will lead to fulfillment and success!

What you like and enjoy doing most is what you are best at, there are no exceptions!

To Help You Back Into Employment or Volunteering we will help you develop:

• Effective Listening Skills
• Listening Support Skills
• Introduction to Counselling Skills

Level 2 Effective Listening Skills can lead to improvements in:

• working relationships
• community relationships
• personal and helping relationships
• basic communication skills

You will have a course folder to record your learning and successful completion of this with tutor support will lead to your qualification. No previous training is required.
