| Speakers: | In the past we have held a Charity Fayre, taken a Group Trip to the Brecon Beacons and the Botanical Gardens. We have regular 'Curry Nights' in and around Swansea and we have invited various speakers to discuss issues around mental health. |

This Group was formed in 1991 and has grown in number. We have personal knowledge of the disorder as it affects us. Ours is a very informal Group based on a 'chatty' format. We really enjoy getting together and our frequent 'curry nights' form part of our informal enjoyment of our monthly meetings. |
