We are the only mobile Group in Wales meeting alternately in Brecon & Ystradgynlais. We do have one or two Carers and sometimes Friends with other Mental Health difficulties join in our events. We have twenty two people on our books with an average of about seven or eight people attending our meetings. We are an informal Group mainly diagnosed with Bipolar. We do like to travel and meet other Groups, having strong links with Abergavenny MDF Self Help Group in particular. |
