Villa Mir is situated in secluded area, only five
minutes walk to the beach and fifteen minutes to the centre of the resort. The
villa offers unique accommodation in that the villa is made up of two separate
apartments, upper and lower - each with its own entrance which makes it ideal for
two families who wish to holiday together. The villa is available to rent only
as a whole property but is available in low, mid and high seasons at a lower
rate for up to six guests occupying only one floor..
The upstairs apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,
modern kitchen, large lounge and covered terrace. The downstairs apartment is
newly furbished with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, lounge, and 40m2 terrace with BBQ.
Upstairs and downstairs both have a washing machines,
TV, DVD, video, CD, and radio.
The villa has a large 10 x 4.5 m swimming pool with
surrounding sundeck.
