Right Click on any scene in your show to bring up the sub menu to the left.
Go to properties, left click and the properties window below  will appear, from here, you can apply effects to your scenes.

An Important Must To Remember.

When applying effects in either the scene properties or channel properties Make sure that you have more than one frame in the channel Repeat.
