Booking Conditions 1. When a reservation is made, it means that someone else may be turned away for that room on that date. We make a commitment to our guests when we reserve them a room. In return we require a commitment from our guests. This is why a 'Cancellation and Curtailment Policy' is deemed necessary in clear and simple terms. 2. All reservations must be secured by a 'cleared' cheque (ie. received at least 5 working days prior to arrival) of £30 per room. Alternatively credit or debit card details can be given authorising the deduction of £30 per room deposit if the reservation is cancelled or amended at short notice or in the event of a 'no-show'. (see Cancellation and Curtailment Policy). 3. It is understood that Rockwood House is a totally non-smoking establishment. 4. We request that guests vacate rooms by 10.00am on the day of departure. 6. It is understood that guests accept the Cancellation and Curtailment Policy at the time of booking. Cancellation and Curtailment Policy If the room can be re-let then:- 1. Reservations cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. 2.
