Version 2.2 Update Information
Output Drivers
DirectSound driver added. This is now the default driver and allows mixing on a single sound card.

Hotkeys
Added the ability to use a range of carts for a hotkey. Originally you were restricted to the hotkey overwriting a single cart and if you fired another hotkey, it stopped the current hotkey. Now using a range of carts you can fire several hotkeys at once. Also done the same for the emergency key.

Added the ability to define more carts for the emergency cart. This means that not only do you have the original E cart, you can define several carts to do the emergency. The advantage is that if you define two emergency carts, link them together and loop back, you get to see the next track that will be played and mixing works between carts so you can seque smoothly between tracks. Newly installed versions of the program have carts E1 and E2 set up to demonstrate this feature.

Library
Speeded up the switching between categories for categories with a large number of entries.

Added the ability to use a range of carts for auto play. Originally you were restricted to the auto play overwriting a single cart and if you fired another auto play from the library, it stopped the current auto play. Now using a range of carts you can fire several tracks at once.

Counters
Changed the meaning of the vocals out. You get a count from the vocals out point until the end of the track not up to the point. Vocals out has precedence over the end counter because vocals counts to the end of the track.

"Donuts" where you mark the talk area in the middle of the track can be achieved by setting the vocals in after the vocals out point.

Extended the counting for a vocals in/out for large counters. If the vocals in/out is longer than the count you get on the large count, a small count with the same colour as the vocals in/out is displayed.

Carts
When you dropped a random track from a category/artist you would not be aware of where it came from. You now have that information above the track title on the main panel.

You now have the ability to select a different random track if you dropped one in from a category/artist. The stop button becomes an advance button; click on this to change your selection.

Break button: a new feature that does a stop with fade out. If the cart is linked to another cart it will advance to the next cart aswell. This button replaces the load/eject button during playing. This can be activated by the BACKSPACE key on the keyboard. To break all playing carts use SHIFT + BACKSPACE. The default fade is 2 seconds but this can be altered on the control panel of the cart if required.

Digital Clock
You can now choose the format of your clock display. Time can be displayed with AM/PM and in 12 or 24 hour format.

You now have a option to display the current date below the time, and in a variety of formats.

You can select the default display panel for the digital clock. Normally the current time is displayed but if say you use time to hour all the time then you can set the default start up display to that panel.

Default Track
Changed the purpose of this feature. Originally this would insert default values into tracks when they were imported into the database. Now if a value is not defined in the database, the default value from this section is used. The consequence of this is that you can give a default mark in/out to all tracks. For newly installed users these values have been preset to 2 seconds mark in/out.

Schemes
Modified "hot stuff" scheme to just show a different main panel for the cart.
Added "popup radio" scheme that just gives a different main panel display with a blue background.
