As an integral part of our business we design and install power distribution systems within industrial or commercial premises tailored to suit the customers requirements. Our aim is to make these systems as flexible as possible, giving the ability to install equipment in areas to maximise production.
To enable us to offer a complete service we design and install office power and lighting systems, including emergency lighting. All systems comply to health and safety requirements regarding minimum lighting levels for VDU usage and minimum lighting levels in the event of an emergency. Again the layout of the lighting/power is tailored to suit the purpose of the offices and any customer requirements.
All of these installations are installed to the current regulations with a full initial inspection and test being carried out, issuing the relevant certificatesWith our experience in machinery control systems we can offer a complete service, from diagnosing faults in existing panels to supplying and installing complete new systems for most types of machinery.
As the three partners have all had supervisory experience in production environments we realise the importance of getting machinery back into production after a breakdown and therefore tailor our service to suit. With emergency call outs and accounts with suppliers who supply most popular makes of control gear, costly down time is kept to a minimum.
With overheads lower than most machine manufacturers our hourly rates are lower and in most cases we can solve the problem. Our only limitation is the software unique to the machine, in which case we can contract in people who are capable of solving software problems.We also supply and install control panels for production machinery. We can either refurbish existing panels, design and build replacements for existing or make prototype panels to overcome any control needs. We incorporate either electro mechanical technology or PLC based technology into our panels, depending on the customers needs, budget and maintenance expertise.
As we have experience in PLC programming we also offer the ability to supply and install PLC control to existing equipment. We mainly utilise Mitsubishi controllers, however if the customer specifies a different make we have access to the facilities to program and install most types of PLC.
Complete wiring diagrams, operating manual and ladder diagrams (if applicable) are supplied with all new control systems ensuring compliance with current regulations and ensuring ease of maintenance.
