To meet this need, energ.b., installs Cat5e structured cabling. It is a totally flexible system which allows you to predominantly run your telephones, faxes and computers. The advantage of this system is its flexibility. All outlets are all the same connectors so if you are planning to rearrange your office, changing an outlet from a computer to a telephone requires fitting an adapter and changing where the leads are plugged into a patch panel. This means there is no costly rewiring required or calling out a computer company to change the computer network and a separate telephone company to rearrange the telephone extensions. All this work could be carried out by one company or your in house IT department.All of the systems installed are to ANSI-EIA/TIA 568 (ISO-11801 EN-50173) standards and are tested to TSB67 . All certificates and drawings are supplied and the installation carries a 10 year warranty.

Another aspect of the structured cabling division of our business is testing. If you have an existing system and are considering upgrading to faster network interface cards we would suggest that you have the system tested to ensure that your cabling can cope with faster transmission before purchasing and fitting new network cards. This will give you peace of mind and avoid any costly computer downtime as faults are rectified.
