Eight dances featuring a mixture of old classics and recent hits all taught in Lynne's clear and easy-to-follow style.  All the music featured is by the Bellamy Brothers.

Cowboy Motion danced to `Guilty of the Crime'
A simple Beginner dance which can be danced to almost any medium-paced music. A great introduction to the grapevine.

Ski Bumpus danced to `Big Hair'
Another classic medium-paced Beginner dance which introduces many of the basic steps i.e. shuffle, 1/2 turn, jazz box and kick-ball-change.

Reggae Cowboy danced to `Get Into Reggae Cowboy'
A bit more of a challenge for the novice dancer in that it tests the sense of direction!  This dance was actually choreographed to the Bellamy Brothers track `Get Into Reggae Cowboy', featured on the video.

In Full Swing danced to `Rip off the Knob'
An up-tempo `easy/intermediate' dance with plenty of swing!

Cowboy Cha-Cha danced to `Stayin' in Love'
Another real timeless classic.  Short but not necessarily simple!

S.O.S. (Sync or Swim) danced to `Over the Line'
An interesting intermediate dance with syncopated steps.

T-Bone Shuffle danced to `Pit Bulls & Chain Saws'
A more recent dance which has now received classic status.

Bayou City Twister danced to `Twang Town'
Another classic and one that is aptly named `Twister'.  This dance could be classified `upper intermediate' and is definitely one that tests the memory as well as the feet!

The inside cover has full step descriptions for each dance as well as a glossary of terms used in the video.
