Construction*2000 - Property Management Module

The Property Management Module forms part of the Construction*2000 suite of software, specifically designed for the construction industry. When used in conjunction with the General module it will provide a stand alone unit.

The module will keep records relating to Properties held by the company. It will keep records of Agreements relating to the properties. It will allow control over each agreement whether rental or service charges are applicable.

The module will keep and update records relating to Arrears or Advance payments.
