Lea Bank Village comprises three developments;
Meadow Bank Mews, Holme Bank Mews and Lea Bank Mews.

Built on the outskirts of town, each has its own identity while all new homes share the key benefits of this handy location coupled with our unique approach to modern living.

The Location

Situated on a cul-de-sac close to the boundary of Colne and Nelson, with no through traffic, the location offers a perfect setting to unwind and relax. There are long established local shops within a short walk - the reclusive need never go further. To the North West you look out on majestic Pendle Hill, steeped in folklore and witchery. To the South are the outlying hills of the Pennines, stretching from Marsden Park to Wycoller Country Park and beyond.

Recreation and entertainment are supremely well catered for, whether you are the outdoors type or prefer the arts. Explore Bronte country and the endless tracks and nature trails of the Pennine hills. Colne has strong international musical ties while the civic halls in the surrounding towns host a wide variety of musical and theatrical performances from home grown talent to international superstars. Modern swimming pools and athletics facilities are in easy reach or, for a more sedate pastime visit the many heritage homes and halls to learn more about Lancashire's fascinating history.

Manchester offers many great alternatives for shopping and leisure, while motorway almost all the way makes commuting to work just as practical - without paying city prices for a home. Watering holes abound, from local pubs to country inns and restaurants. If you enjoy good food, you will never run out of great places to eat in East Lancashire. If retail therapy is your kind of relaxation, there are numerous mill shops - including the famous Boundary Mill - to keep bargain hunters and fashion followers occupied for hours. Further afield the motorway will quickly take you to bustling shopping centres with all the national stores, the spectacular Trafford Centre plus the vibrant markets for which the area is renowned.
