From Manchester and the South / West take M65 Jcn. 9 (Halifax) exit. Turn left towards Burnley and half a mile on, turn left at the traffic lights. Follow Liverpool Road downhill until it curves to the right past the cricket club. Turn sharp left into Lowerhouse Lane. Follow the lane for around half a mile; Riverside Mews is on your right before the corner into Scott Street.

From Skipton and North / East take M65 Jcn. 10 (Burnley) and take the right lane signposted towards Padiham. At the roundabout, take the Padiham exit and follow this dual carriageway over the crest of the hill. Around half a mile further on, turn left into Scott Street. Follow this past the playing fields and over the river to a sharp left bend. Riverside Mews is on your left.
