Parkwood Mews: new beginnings...
	Perhaps the first development of its kind in the area, in 2002 Parkwood Mews sold out very quickly and residents have enjoyed rapid appreciation of these sought after properties. In fact it was so well received that we just had to build more, a mere stonesthrow away at Lea Bank Village.
The select 2 storey development of just 20 Apartments was created within carefully set out private landscaped grounds developed mainly to the rear of the homes, away from the entrance and parking areas to allow more privacy.
The whole external area of the development is maintained by a professional management team. This way you enjoy and appreciate the features without having to spend all your spare time looking after them!
	Recent changes to regulations mean all new properties are more disability friendly. Parkwood Mews was already designed to be fully compliant, with low thresholds, wider doors and stepless grounds to provide user friendly access throughout the ground floor apartments.
